"Territories and Boundaries"

Featuring work by current members of The London Group, and devised by Paul Tecklenberg and Jane Humphrey, the show will survey the appropriation of maps and charts and also explore notions of territory and boundaries through the translation of the 3D into a scaled down 2D representation.
The exhibition will take place at the new gallery at Kensington and Chelsea College 24 April - 3 May 2012 .
Participating artists will include:
Bryan Benge, Clive Burton, John Crossley, Mark Dickens, Jane Humphrey, C. Morey de Morand, Ian Parker, Chris Poulton, Alex Ramsay, Victoria Rance, Simon Read, David Redfern, Suzan Swale, Paul Tecklenberg, Bill Watson, Arthur Wilson and Susan Wilson.

"Open Exhibition 2011" The Cello Factory
20 October - 10 November 2011
The Group's biennial Open show in which works by Group members are exhibited alongside works selected from open submissions. 160 works in toal were shown. The selection was made by Bill Feaver (writer, artist and critic) and Jenni Lomax.(Director, Camden Arts Centre). Guest exhibitors Gillian Ayres RA, Robyn Denny, John Carter RA and Richard Wilson RA also participated, and a work by the late John Hoyland RA was shown.
"The Invisible Line" Piers Feetham Gallery
8 - 26 March 2011
Devised by past president Philip Crozier, the show explored the 'invisible line' between figuration and abstraction. Participating artists: Victoria Arney, John Crossley, Philip Crozier,
Tricia Gillman, Julie Held, Bill Henderson, Pauline Little, Peter Morrell, Daniel Preece, Alex Ramsay, Tom Scase, Anthony Whishaw.

Continuing the themes of the successful "Inspiration"-Part 1, held earlier in the year (see below).

Recent work by some 60 members was shown, together with a 'virtual exhibition' of images of additional examples of their work, allowing for a more complete view to be formed of their output.
