The exhibition runs from Saturday 21 July to Sunday 30 September.

Towner’s Sussex Open exhibition brings together the best artists from across East and West Sussex, offering a unique opportunity to view works by artists at every level of their career, from new talent to established figures.

Artists who have previously exhibited work in our Open exhibition have gone on to be selected for John Moore’s Painting Prize, the Jerwood Drawing Prize, the BFI Film Festival in the experimental film category and have been shortlisted for the Mark Tanner Sculpture Prize.

Ian’s painting is one of the works made for the exhibition ‘Supporting Material’, a two person show with Amanda Loomes held at the Herbert Read Gallery,  University of the Creative Arts, Canterbury in September 2017.
