My work has always dealt with contrasts, between materials, shapes or techniques employed and this is something that will continue further. I tend to work in series, with an emphasis on quality of finish and an interest in geometry and the fundamentals of sculpture, space, volume, balance and form.
I believe the work should stand-alone without the need for explanation and aim to create pieces that are immediately visual and accessible but with underlying ideas and concepts.
